Clearance System

I developed a fully digital clearance submission system that automates the workflow from employee initiation to final approval by higher authorities. The solution features a secure, role‑based web portal where staff complete and digitally sign a clearance form, triggering real‑time notifications to managers and HR. Upon approval, the system instantly updates employee status, revokes system access, and archives a verifiable PDF certificate. By replacing manual paperwork with an electronic workflow, the process time has been reduced by 70 %, error rates minimized, and compliance and audit traceability enhanced. The architecture leverages JWT authentication, RESTful APIs, and integration with HRMS and IAM tools to ensure seamless data flow across departments.
