The sandbox customer collaboration wants to provide a framework and toolbox for our teams to contribute to a high trust environment in which we can follow Cegeka’s good practices of agile project management.

We believe we can achieve the best result for our customer when we work according to our Cegeka principles. To do this, we need to consciously build trust that with these principles, and with his/her support and involvement, we will get the job done. During interviews we conducted with Cegeka collegues, it was clear that making a good start of the project is absolutely crucial for building trust towards next project phases.
