Clear

Inspiration

As college students, there are so many things to keep track of from assignments to remembering to call back your mom. It becomes overwhelming and hard to find the right place to start. Which is why we created Clear, an app that helps you figure out what to do first.

What it does

Our app is able to order tasks based on precedence, which our model was able to predict utilizing certain criteria. By being able to add tasks with an additional calendar feature for date and time, it helps to organize the tasks. There is also a focus mode which allows the user to focus primarily on the most important task and get it done without any more distractions.

How we built it

By utilizing Flutter and Dart, we were able to produce an app that works on multiple platforms.

Challenges we ran into

The time constraint was the biggest challenge especially working with a new language and software development kit.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Having a tangible base model app is something that we are proud of with a nice user interface experience.

What's next for Clear

Next steps for Clear are to continue building the rest of the features such as dark mode and cleaning up the focus feature.
