🚀 Inspiration

While marketing Buddi, I noticed that traditional paid advertising was losing its edge.
Two big shifts made me rethink strategy:

  1. Ad blockers — making campaigns invisible to many users
  2. Behavior shift — audiences now turn to LLMs instead of search engines

The takeaway? Direct ads aren’t enough anymore — the real growth engine is organic, high-engagement content.


📊 What I Learned

After months of hands-on experiments, the numbers spoke for themselves:

🛠 How I Built It

My hackathon approach was "dirty execution" — move fast, automate everything possible:

  • n8n Orchestration → Built a virtual CMO and agent team in days, not weeks
  • 🔥 Account Warm-up → Automated activities to trigger platform algorithms
  • 🎥 Product Photo → Video Pipeline → Generated marketing videos directly from reference images
  • 🧪 A/B Testing Hooks → Continuously refined content performance

⚡ Challenges Faced

  • Time Pressure → Multiple workflows in parallel, minimal debug cycles
  • 🛠 Platform API Quirks → Handling automation limits on Twitter & LinkedIn
  • 💬 Authenticity Balance → Keeping the human, founder-led voice in automated content
