Inspiration: People lose money every month on forgotten or unused subscriptions. We wanted to solve this common problem by making subscription management simple and smart.
What it does: CleanSub is an AI-powered platform that tracks subscriptions, analyzes spending, and recommends which ones to cancel — helping users save money effortlessly.
How we built it: We built a web app using JavaScript for the frontend and Python for the backend, integrating AI to analyze data and generate recommendations.
Challenges we ran into: Limited access to real subscription data, time constraints, and difficulty automating cancellations.
