Inspiration
We were inspired by the loss of jobs during the pandemic. This company could create jobs as well as raise money and awareness for certain organizations.
What it does
Our project is essentially an online thrift store. It takes donations of items and sells them while benefitting a charity.
How we built it
We used HTML and basic CSS. The zip code finder was built using Python.
Challenges we ran into
One of our team members wasn't as familiar with HTML and learned throughout the day.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We were content with the finished project as it was all done.
What we learned
We learned more about HTML and CSS and the ways in which they could be used to create a web page.
What's next for Cleanout for a Cause
This page could be made more visually appealing and put into motion. It could become a real page and benefit people and charities.
