Inspiration: As the adage goes ‘The is enough for man’s needs not man’s greed’, working in the packaging industry and as an everyday consumer, the plastic utilized for multiple purposes is humongous. With almost zero biodegradability, it is everyone’s innate responsibility to work to protect the only planet we have and be responsible in the way we consume resources. With 86% of Japan’s garbage constituting plastic in the year 2019, it shows our increased dependability and in turn our Armageddon, with soil, water and the atmosphere polluted on an everyday basis. What it does: With smart technology in almost every segment, implementing a closed loop recycling system was the smartest thing to do: • Scan a Bill from your grocery store • OpenCV in Python detects your purchase • Clean Earth Algorithm characterizes the product based on type and brand and associates it with the plastic type • All the plastic accumulated over a month is in your application • Reach to the nearest bin and dump the stuff and clear it off your list • The application gives you earth points • Publish your earth points on Social media to receive accolades.
