Lil' Wayne the Martian has been kidnapped by evil aliens. Dropped off on an alien landscape, he must survive the onslaught of hostile aliens and the encroaching sentient landscape.

Inspiration

Came up with the idea on the spot and just rolled with it.

A top down shooter where the player controls Lil' Wayne with the WASD keys and clicks the mouse to shoot

I worked together with my team on planning initial modularization so we could minimize merge conflicts and maximize our up time throughout the process. Then I worked on player physics, player collision with walls, bullet physics, bullet collision, and helped my team wrap up loose ends or chase down bugs.

Kyle the Crocodile
This was my first time working with the pygame library and working on a game in general. My primary contributions were implementing the menu and sprites. I also collaborated on code refactoring and bug fixes.

Grant Tkachyk
I focused on the environmental management & level design, implementing the level Manager that handles the walls, their collisions, and how they change size over time, as well as the system for loading arbitrary levels, which was then used to load the levels I designed. I also created the portal between levels that activates when the player score is sufficiently high on each level.
