By leveraging Claude via AWS Bedrock in the backend, the system detects conflicts, considers room availability, and ensures student schedule fairness. Once optimized, the calendar UI displays the updated schedule, helping professors avoid exam clashes and simplifying the entire process. With just a click of a button, scheduling exams becomes efficient and hassle-free.
