Snake game

Inspiration

I love to create web apps and feels very enjoyable while working with web projects and using languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Created many apps, sites, and some games with using these and gets inspire more to develop more creative and exciting projects

What it does

This is a classic snake game where a player has to make the snake eat the food particles for a high score. Play this game with arrow keys to manage the snake. The game gets started automatically when you press the upward arrow key. And the score gets updated automatically every time when a snake eats the food. If somehow your snake gets collide to walls or with itself snake, the game gets over and your updated score gets saved in high score. This score gets saved in local storage automatically by javascript and gets updated when you beat that. Added sound effects so anyone who's playing gets some real feel and with a more enjoyable mood.

How we built it

I used HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Images and gifs with transform effects with the help of CSS. And Used javascript for sound effects.

Challenges we ran into

Sometimes working with CSS special properties like transform, gradient, and keyframes is not much easy. Faced many issues while implementing it on the project but somehow managed after spending much time on that to make it work successfully.

What's next for the Classic Snake game

I'm working on some more HTML pages which will gonna linked to this project with more info and one more mini-game. And trying to make it more user-friendly with some gradient effects.
