Students can get low marks on a test without understanding exactly where they went wrong. Teachers often have limited time to identify each student's misconceptions and prepare individual practice materials. We wanted to explore how AI could help teachers turn test results into meaningful learning support.

What is ClassBridge?

ClassBridge, also known as the AI Classroom Recovery Engine, is designed to help teachers identify learning gaps and support students with targeted practice. The goal is to move beyond marks and focus on understanding why students struggle and what they can learn next.

How We Built It

We developed ClassBridge as a learning-support application with a teacher-focused workflow. The project explores how test information can be used to identify misconceptions and support the creation of explanations, practice worksheets, and follow-up quizzes.

Challenges We Faced

One of our main challenges was getting the application to run correctly and ensuring that its different parts worked together. We encountered configuration and loading issues during testing and worked on troubleshooting them. This helped us understand the importance of debugging, configuration management, and testing a project before presenting it.

What We Learned

Building ClassBridge helped us learn more about developing an AI-assisted educational solution, debugging application errors, and thinking about how technology can support teachers rather than replace them.

Future Scope

We would like to improve ClassBridge with more reliable test-paper processing, better misconception detection, support for multiple languages, and more personalized learning recommendations.

Our vision is simple: help teachers identify learning gaps earlier and help students move forward with confidence.
