Inspiration

As a dancer who competes and directs a post-secondary university dance team in competitions, I and several other of my peers have some pain points. We are frustrated with the current system of competition/event leaders retrieving team information, and how judge's feedback is always so poorly presented to us.

What it does

Several of the main features requested by several Toronto, CA community dancers coming from Kindred Culture studio is a more organized, accessible, and legible feedback form from judges. Audience members to competitions, such as parents, voiced that they would like to be more involved in the voting process or engaged in the show. Lastly, event coordinators from the Final Stretch Dance competition, O.U.C.H. competition, and A.C.A.D. competition mentioned that they are frustrated with finding a single place where team directors can provide team information.

I moved forward to create low fidelity prototypes in invasion and began usability testing with two popular dance judges from Toronto.
