The home dashboard is made with a text input for the founder to drop his messy thoughts, with an image upload button made available
-
Once the founder drops his thoughts, a core problem statement is derived from it, with implicit assumptions and market context
-
2 strategic options are then shown as a solution
-
The best viable path is then recommended
-
Action steps that can be taken towards the best path is provided
-
Identify risks, observe trends and curate insights in the Risks & Insights Hub
-
Risks & Insights Hub provide accurate data based on your input to make data-driven decisions
-
Set Milestones with deadlines and get low-pressure actionable steps to beat that milestone
-
Make quick decisions clearly and faster with the Quick Decisions option
-
Keep observations, questions and thoughts in the Notes section, complete with an option to upload assets, keeping your thoughts organized
-
Entries are stored chronologically, in order to gain easy access to recently stored ideas
-
Upon expansion of the entry, a distilled summary is made, with contextual connections, allowing for clearer thoughts and observations
-
Enter statistical figures and market research figures to get a visual representation, allowing for clearer analysis of the market structure
-
The Market Feed keeps the founder in tune with what goes on with his competitors and in his field, allowing him to stay on top
I’ve always been someone who gets ideas constantly, on the go. Recently, as I started my journey into building my own app, I noticed something frustrating: I had thoughts and problems swirling in my head, but I couldn’t always make sense of them quickly enough to act. Decisions felt messy, overwhelming, and sometimes paralyzing. I realized I wasn’t alone, other founders probably face the same chaos every day. That’s when I decided to build Clarity: Founder Mode, a tool to help founders like me turn messy, emotional thoughts into structured, actionable decisions.
Clarity is a web app powered by Gemini 3, designed to help founders think clearly. On the Dashboard, you can dump unstructured thoughts, data, or concerns. Gemini 3 separates signal from noise, surfaces hidden assumptions, identifies constraints, and frames the core decision. It then suggests viable paths with trade-offs, highlights the best option, and provides concrete next steps. Beyond that, the app includes the Risk & Insight Hub, Milestones with Quick Decisions, Notes, a Visualizer for research numbers, and a Market Feed to track trends and competitors.
Built in Google AI Studio using the Gemini 3 API, the app leverages AI reasoning to transform messy inputs into actionable outputs. An architectural diagram and documentation have been included to show how information flows through the system.
The hardest part of building Clarity was turning messy, emotional inputs into clear outputs without losing nuance, and connecting multiple interactive features in a seamless workflow.
I now have a working prototype that actually helps founders make decisions, track progress, and reflect on their choices.
I learnt that thinking clearly is a skill that can be supported with the right tools, and AI can amplify a founder’s clarity in ways I hadn’t imagined.
Next, I plan to add real-time data updates, richer analytics, and collaborative team features. As Clarity grows, these advanced capabilities will sit behind a subscription-based model, starting free for individual founders, then scaling into paid Pro and Team plans. The goal is simple: empower more founders to make faster, smarter decisions, while building a sustainable product around clarity, not attention
