Background
Have you ever stopped yourself from asking a question, thinking it might be stupid? You're not alone, our research shows that lots of workplace employees have.
Our unwritten rule
"You stop yourself from asking the questions that make you look stupid"
In corporate workplaces, especially for junior employees, asking a question can feel intimidating. People often stay silent, even when they have something important to contribute, because they’re unsure whether their question is relevant, has already been answered, or will make them look inexperienced. We wanted to create an experience that gives people a moment of confidence before they speak.
What it does
Tells you whether you should ask that question, based on the workplace context, whether it's an important boardroom meeting, or a complicated document.
How we built it
We designed Clarity around a contextual AI loop: listen, compare, clarify. It analyses workplace context against a privately entered question to identify whether the information is already covered, partially covered, or genuinely missing. The employee stays in control of what they ultimately choose to ask or share more confidently. We focused on making the experience quick, private and non-judgemental, rather than creating another platform employees have to manage.
