Inspiration

As a highschool student, i find myself very often trying to find specific information in articles, webpages, biographies, etc.. I struggled a lot trying to find specific info in long paragraphs. Thats why i built Clarify.

What it does

Clarify is a chrome extension AI chatbot that can see the user's screen in real time and can scroll to specific parts on the webpage for the user automatically.

How we built it

Challenges we ran into

Having Clarify seeing the user's screen on a pdf. this was a challenge because the main method how Clarify sees the user's screen is through HTML parsing and pdfs aren't HTML.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Having Clarify work for pdfs as well as webpages and actually having a potential huge impact if Clarify were to become popular with its super simple use for the user.
