What it does
After a theft, fire or flood, insurers ask for a list of what you owned and proof of purchase. Most people never make one. The evidence is already on their NAS: phone photos back up there and receipts get saved there. Claim-Ready Home Inventory turns that data into a dated, evidence-linked inventory and answers "is it still under warranty, and where is the receipt?"
How it works
- Build: photo-agent finds photos of belongings in the folders you name. On-device vision and OCR read brands, models and serial labels. file-agent and document-agent find and extract receipts and warranty terms. You confirm the matches. Then knowledge-agent saves a dated report, with an optional album and file tags, after approval.
- Refresh: adds newly photographed items and leaves earlier reports unchanged.
- Lookup: answers warranty questions with the receipt path as evidence.
Why it is different
Every field cites the photo or document it came from. AI-only descriptions are flagged as unverified. Prices are never estimated. Interior photos, serial numbers and receipts never leave the home. The Skill never deletes, moves or overwrites files.
How we built it
Built during the hackathon with the UGOS Skill Creation Tool (Uliya Skill Kit 0.7.3) and Claude Code. The Skill is delegate-only orchestration over capability catalog 2.0.0, and the kit's static checker returns static-pass with 0 errors and 0 warnings. On-device behaviour is pending NAS validation in Round 2.
