CivicTrail
CivicTrail turns a messy civic or consumer problem into an evidence-checked, action-ready case for the correct official process.
Problem
People often know that something went wrong but do not know which official process applies, what evidence matters, what is missing, or how to organize their next action.
Generic AI assistants can explain possibilities, but they do not necessarily connect the problem to a verified official route or show exactly which required evidence is still missing.
Solution
CivicTrail combines an AI triage agent with a deterministic evidence and readiness engine.
The workflow is:
Problem → Classification → Verified Official Route → Evidence Check → Deterministic Readiness → Action Packet → Human Confirmation
The agent uses structured tools to classify the issue and identify the official route. CivicTrail's deterministic rules then evaluate the required evidence and produce a READY, BLOCKED, or HUMAN_REVIEW result that the agent cannot override.
The current prototype demonstrates cyber-financial-fraud and consumer-grievance workflows using verified official sources and structured evidence requirements.
Trust & Safety
CivicTrail is decision-support, not legal advice. The AI agent does not make the final readiness decision; deterministic rules remain authoritative, and the resulting action packet requires human confirmation.
