Inspiration

What it does - The Delhi Civic Services Navigator is an AI-powered, location-aware Citizen Help Desk. It solves a critical problem in Delhi's civic administration: the fragmentation of services across multiple jurisdictions (MCD, NDMC, Delhi Cantonment Board, DJB, etc.).

Instead of citizens needing to know which agency is responsible for their specific neighborhood and where to find the correct portal, they simply state their problem in natural language and provide their location. The AI Orchestrator instantly routes them to the correct official portal, provides the exact helpline, and gives step-by-step resolution instructions.
