Growing up seeing the "Bureaucratic Maze" in regions like Marathwada, I realized that civic participation isn't low because people don't care—it's low because the system is too fragmented. For a resident in Kada or a student at IIT Delhi, knowing which government department handles a specific issue is a barrier that prevents action. We wanted to build a "Smart Bridge" between citizen frustration and official resolution.
