Civic grievance systems today are largely reactive, manual, and fragmented. Citizens submit complaints, but categorization is often inconsistent, routing is delayed, and transparency in resolution is limited. More importantly, these systems do not learn from historical data to prevent recurring issues.
We were inspired to build a system that transforms complaint management from a static ticketing platform into a dynamic, AI-powered civic intelligence engine.
