About Civica AI

Civica AI was inspired by the everyday frustration people face when dealing with bills, contracts, and official documents they don’t fully understand.
We noticed that many individuals lose money or miss important deadlines simply because legal and bureaucratic language is too complex.
Our goal was to build an AI-powered life admin assistant that simplifies documents and turns confusion into clear action steps.

We designed Civica AI using Flutter for a fast, cross-platform mobile experience and Firebase for authentication and secure data storage.
The AI engine analyzes document text and structures the output into summaries, deadlines, risks, and ready-to-send professional emails.
We focused on creating a clean, professional UI to build trust and make the experience intuitive.

One major challenge was structuring AI responses into consistent, usable sections.
Another challenge was securely connecting authentication with user-specific case storage.
Throughout the project, we learned how to design scalable database structures and improve prompt engineering for reliable AI outputs.

Civica AI demonstrates how artificial intelligence can reduce bureaucratic friction and empower citizens to take informed action with confidence.
