Inspiration

What influence does govt have on health and planting of trees? Do they care? Do council members respond to the demands of their consituents? What are the relationships between street tree census data and other civic indicators such as (community participation, voting, volunteerism, stewardship engagement)?

How we built it

We collected voting records (NYS Board of Elections, NYC Board of Elections), 311 call data relating to trees and city council districts data.
