Inspiration

A crowdsourced web platform for reporting civic issues (potholes, garbage, lights, waterlogging) with geo-tagged media. AI classifies, prioritizes, and routes reports to authorities. Citizens track progress, validate others’ reports, and get live updates, while governments use dashboards, heatmaps, and analytics. Admin Panel - Admin Dashboard where admin can see all the issue listing as per the location, types, priorities. User Interface - User can enter title, description, images, votes for the issue as per locations.

What it does

  • Real-time reporting speeds up issue detection.
  • AI ensures urgent cases get priority.
  • Transparent status builds accountability.
  • Community validation cuts duplicates/fakes.

How we built it

This is Just a Web Application (MVP), we can also create mobile app and add extra feature like real time tracking, SMS alert system to do more enhancements Teck Stack : TypeScript, Read.js, Node.js

We Proud of because this project help people to make their life better . Any one can report issue in their area and surrounding. This project make civic issue solving process much quicker also make peoples life easier.

What's next for Civic Issue Reporting System

We scale it into Next level where it can cover the entire country and the people from any corner of country can easily report into this app. by sending location, state, issue type also on admin side it gov can monitor easily and solve issue as soon as possible.
