Inspiration
The inspiration here was drawn from personal experience with a dying city life. Large corporations are impossible to compete with financially for many business owners and it makes the market incredibly formidable for new comers. Without the public knowledge of these small companies, they will continue to be snuffed out in larger quantities, killing life within a city.
What it does
This website unifies all local businesses under a single domain to allow a public brand to be spread and noticed in order to promote the awareness and support of small business owners. This marketplace can be signed up for by any volunteering patron as seen by the open register page on the home page.
How we built it
We used React to create an adaptive front-end with the ability to scale in the future.
Challenges we ran into
Lapses in knowledge and a rough learning curve made it difficult to begin but we were quickly able to catch up with the technology.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Working Firebase integration and proper workflow throughout the entire project work time.
What we learned
We became proficient in React front-end development.

Delivery support with city pathing. Stronger authentification system for logins.
