We live in a small city that many people have never even heard of. But despite its size, our city has many urban problems: damaged roads, broken public infrastructure, neglected areas, and other issues that directly affect people's everyday lives.

The most frustrating part is that many of these problems can take years to be solved — and sometimes they are never solved at all. People have simply become used to walking past these problems because they don't know where to report them, how long they will have to wait, or whether anything will actually change.

We decided that we didn't want to just watch this happen. We wanted to create a tool that would allow ordinary people to become part of the solution themselves.

That's how CityFix AI was born — an application that brings together citizens, artificial intelligence, and blockchain technology to solve real urban problems. Now, a person can simply take a photo of a problem, and our autonomous AI agent analyzes it, identifies its type and complexity, and estimates the cost of fixing it. The problem is then made available to the community: people can either fund it or take the task themselves.

We want to change the way people think about urban problems — from “someone will fix this someday” to “we can solve this together.”

Although this idea was inspired by the problems in our small city, we don't want to stop there. We believe that these problems exist in cities all around the world, regardless of their size.

CityFix AI is not just an application for our city. It is our attempt to create a model where citizens themselves have the power to make their cities better.
