What it does
It finds an appropriate city for you to live in based on what you want.
How I built it
Our team based on the Movehub dataset factors such as rent, gasoline, crime, pollution etc.
Challenges I ran into
We ran into an error with data parsing so we had to merge Movehub's datasets together.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
The best aspect of the project is how we were able to design a simple web-based GUI that could handle user-input.
What I learned
We learned more about reading CSV files and the pandas library.
What's next for City Search Challenge
Next steps include probably adding more datasets and more variables to consider. If we had more time, we have considered current location of the user and accounted for distance for moving.
