Our journey revealed a brutal truth: the most expensive resource isn't money, time, or infrastructure—it's revolutionary ideas dying without the right team. We've witnessed incredible concepts collapse not from lack of vision, but from the fundamental challenge of building solo in a world that demands collaboration.
