Inspiration

After Ordering printed circuit boards I found they did not work sometimes due to EMI and trace width being too small for the current running through the traces.

Provides PCB rendering and runs a calculation on current, electric field and other useful values.

I worked on NodeJS backend which provided a REST API to my teammates to render PCB gerber files as images and an endpoint which returns some values regarding that specific circuit. Additionally, I built a ReactJS frontend to consume this API, which is shown in the demo images.

Ethan Peterson
I worked on the front end, I made a macOS desktop utility using Xcode and swift. This was my first time using HTTP requests/REST API and building an app using Xcode. The final product received inputs and a gerber file from the user, sends it to the backend written by Ethan and returns important information about the board as well as a rendered image.

Jasper Schaffer
Built an android app frontend for the project. First time using http requests, which were used to communicate with the backend.
