More than 65 million Americans care for loved ones with chronic health conditions or disabilities.

In the United States, the population 65 and older will more than double by 2050, rising from 39 million today to 89 million. Aging Boomers will be more diverse and increase in numbers over the next four decades, according to the US Census Bureau.

Connecting Caregivers to helpful resources is - and will be - key.
