Cincy Hacks 2021 Discord Bot --- Team #4

Inspiration

We wanted to make a voice activated assistant for discord!

What it does

It takes in audio from a microphone, interprets it, and calls a command based on that.

How we built it

We used an implementation involving discord.py in vscode, with liveshare as our form of collaboration

Challenges we ran into

Figuring out how to work with asynchronous and synchronous methods at the same time

Accomplishments that we're proud of

The bot works! We were able to get it to work off the audio

We're planning to finish adding all functionality to the bot.
