About the Project

This project is a CIC membership platform built to improve retention through clear progression, engagement tracking, and role-based experiences.

Inspiration

We saw that members lose engagement when benefits and growth paths are unclear. The platform was inspired by the need to make membership more transparent, rewarding, and community-driven.

How It Was Built

• Frontend: HTML, TailwindCSS, JavaScript
• Backend: Supabase Auth + Postgres + SQL RPC functions
• Architecture: separate public, member, and admin portals with role-based routing

Key Features

• Public pages: home, membership, pricing, gallery
• Auth flow: signup/login connected to Supabase
• Member portal: dashboard, directory, profile, activity/tier progress
• Admin portal: member management, points adjustment, event CRUD
• Contribution Credits (CC) system with tier progression
• Auto tier sync from total credits + point history logging
