Inspiration
In an attempt to explore new horizons, I built a SaaS that uses a subscription model. However, I soon came to learn how churn can annihilate SaaS apps. Seeing that it is a problem for many aspiring founders, I decided to explore how Salesforce and AI can empower us to fight this monster and win. That's how ChurnCrusher was born.
What it does
ChurnCrusher analyzes customers' data, historical trends, and users' activities to identify churn causes and remedies. It can recommend actions to help you retain individual customers as well as general improvements to your product and deals that would reduce overall churn and help you acquire new customers.
