Inspiration
One of Transforming the Bay Area with Christ's (TBC) primary goals is to reach the Bay Area for Jesus. One of the ways it intends to do so is through connecting churches. However, this is difficult when one church does not know what another church does. It is also inefficient to depend on word of mouth. Addressing this need will not only help promote awareness, but also connect people not just to churches, but Christianity as a greater whole.
What it does
This web application allows one church to post its activities in a place that is easily accessible and allows others churches to choose to come to work alongside in its mission.
How we built it
After much discussion and advice from different mentors, the vision and goal were created. The front-end work was mapped into different views and divided accordingly along with the back-end work. Each worked on their own parts and in the last day, we combined them.
