Chronos is an IT Help Desk ticketing management system designed to track calls, specifically for the ITS Residential Computer Consulting Program at Binghamton University. One can view their open tickets and recently closed tickets on their dashboard with the ability to sort and filter each recorded call. You can open, close, and reassign tickets which will notify the user via email and text message to respond and resolve calls in a timely manner. The ticket tagging system helps identify the problem by use of keywords. The user's lifetime ticket stats as well as the number of open tickets per community are also displayed for statistics tracking. There is a leaderboard with all of the registered staff members and a gamification system to increase productivity and usage of the software.
