Inspiration
We came across this idea when talking about our tech journeys. We realized it would be helpful to have a quick tool to calculate our potential payments, timelines, etc.
What it does
Our project calculates a pursuit fellows monthly payment due depending on the salary of their job.
How we built it
We built the app with react framework, and use some of npm packages. Included languages include javaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Challenges we ran into
This was our first time creating an extension so that presented it’s own set of challenges. Rendering components/ forms inside it were also challenging as was implementing suggested tech (Twilio etc).
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of successfully creating our first chrome extension and that it is relevant and useful to our peers.
What we learned
We learned how to create a google chrome extension, teamwork, and passing ideas to each other.
