Inspiration

We wanted to implement colour theme options for the canvas page just like in popular IDEs.

What it does

Changes colours of elements on the https://canvas.ubc.ca/ page to a different colour palatte.

How we built it

• Plugin deployed on chrome extensions
• Plugin interface written in React.js

Challenges we ran into

• Originally planned for the plugin to work for all websites, but each website's structure is vastly different. Currently works on UBC Canvas.

What's next for Chrome Colors Extension

More refined colour palettes, persistent colour themes.
