Product Story Overview

Customer research has always had a tradeoff: you can talk to a few people deeply, or you can survey many people shallowly.

We built ___ Customer Research Lab to remove that tradeoff.

Instead of surveys or scheduled interviews, companies start with a simple question: What do we want to understand about our customers? It can be specific—about an existing product—or exploratory—about something they haven’t built yet.

From there, the Lab handles everything. It selects the right participants, matches each person with an AI interviewer designed to feel natural and comfortable for them, and conducts real conversations through voice. Each interview adapts in real time, asking smarter follow-ups based on what the customer actually says—not a rigid script.

Behind the scenes, the system evaluates which questions work, learns from every answer, and improves the interview flow across participants. Every conversation is captured, structured, and synthesized—turning raw dialogue into clear themes, insights, and evidence.

At the end, teams don’t get a spreadsheet of responses. They get a research-grade overview: what customers care about, where opinions diverge, how behavior differs across demographics, and what that means for product, messaging, or strategy.
