Invocation phrase, "my Choosy"

Inspiration

Learning about new tech! Alexa caught my eye, or should I say my ear... crickets ...anyways, I just had to learn more about the interface. It's fun to think about possible applications for all the Alexa devices.

What it does

my Choosy helps users alleviate anxiety and brain farts by making those everyday tough choices easy for them. I mean like because what's harder than choosing between the pink hat and sandals or the white hat and flats. Or like pineapple on a pizza or no pineapple. It's also useful for calming qualms between people who just can't agree upon anything. Choosy's gotcha covered! Just say, "Alexa, ask my Choosy".

How I built it

With basic javascript, manipulating arrays and regular expressions.

What I learned

With this being my first skill, I learned how to navigate the ASK Developer Console and the AWS Lambda Management Console. But more importantly, I LEARNED HOW TO BUILD AN ALEXA SKILL!!
