🌟 Inspiration
In today’s fast-paced digital life, stress, emotional burnout, and lack of self-awareness have become increasingly common. Like many others, I’ve often found myself stuck in low moods — whether from work pressure, family tensions, or restless nights.
While I’ve personally relied on motivational quotes, meditation, and music to get through tough days, I always felt something was missing.
Most wellness apps offer bits and pieces of support, but none of them truly fit my personal needs — most basic features like uploading custom music for meditation, receiving mood-based suggestions, or guided meditation tailored to how I feel were either missing or locked behind a paywall.
That’s when the idea of Chitta was born.
Chitta is a Sanskrit word for "the conscious mind"—where thoughts, emotions, and awareness intersect). It’s more than an app; it’s a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern tech, designed to help you understand your emotions, navigate your struggles, and grow through them—on your terms.
We envisioned it as an AI-powered wellness companion that not only understands your mental state but helps you grow mindfully.
What started as something I wanted to build for myself has now grown into something that can support anyone on their journey to emotional clarity and mindful living.
