Our Technological Solution, a Smartphone App aims to fulfill the dreams of ambitious refugee girl children, in age groups of 6 - 18 and we achieve the same by channeling knowledge and mentorship through Volunteers. These Volunteers are found using the Voulnteer Onboarding Platform
Volunteers are a critical part of our system, who assist in reaching out to refugees, mapping courses to their goals, tracking their progress, providing guidance in-person as well as online and bringing sponsors Courses are tailored to their aspirations by volunteers by picking them from a pool of MOOCs. These courses can be accessed online or downloaded by refugee students for offline use.
Every Volunteer-ship incurs expense, which we manage by inviting local corporations in providing infrastructure and teaching materials. These corporations can also sponsor scholarships to university level studies for students reaching a satisfactory level, thus providing tangibility to student experience.
