Inspiration

Our inspiration for this program was to combat the ever-blooming mental health issues we face daily.

What it does

It is a simple program that starts a timer for 15 minutes and after those 15 minutes, it tells the user to take a deep breath, to reduce anxiety.

How I built it

Built using the Netbeans IDE and java.

Challenges I ran into

A few challenges we ran into were figuring out how to use timers in java and how to change backgrounds.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I am proud of the overall feel of our product and it's relaxing design.

What I learned

I learned how to use timers in java.

What's next for Chillout

Just finish some touch-ups for the final product.
