Childaes

Childaes is pronounced "Chill-day-iss". The idea is to set up a self service call center and or website where you can enter in the number of those illegal callers. After enough complaints from several different sources in several different locations, you can verify if the person is actually making the calls, and then give the case to the authorities. You can verify it by looking at the number of calls they've made and getting the permission to look at the call logs of the people who made the complaints.

People hate these calls, a number of them are bound to report them once they know there's an efficient way of dealing with them. It would work on all types of phones, and nobody important would be blocked.

Is it easy to use? (weighted at 25%)

All people would have to do is send in the number, and the rest would be taken care of. As long as the person can reach the phone or keyboard, reporting the number through one of those services would be simple.

Can it be rolled out? (weighted at 25%)

No changes would have to be made to any phones, the only cost of this would be of running the call line and or website, which would be a minor cost to ensure the calls would stop. It could be put into effect almost immediately, the website would take almost no time to make, and the call line (if you use it) would be automated.
