Chess Federation

Inspiration :-

A Simple Banking Login and KYC project by my senior inspired me to code this project. And as a chess player it's also very helpful to have this in same place.

What it does?

This keeps Logs of Players and their elo, Officials, Tournaments, Finances, Disputes and Login info.

How we built it?

I used Class 12th NCERT Computer Science book named "COMPUTER SCIENCE with python" by Sumita Arora as study material. And techincal side i used python and mysql and pythonmysqlconnector.

Challenges we ran into?

First Challenge i ran into was connecting mysql to python code. Secondly was making correct user-defined function to get the specific result i was visualizing.

Accomplishments that we're proud of :-

First of all I'm proud of the whole thing as it's my first successful project in a whole year after what i would call Code Block. And getting the players user-defined function right in the first try.

What's next for Chess Federation :-

I would love to add one more report option like getting the whole overveiw of player like their elo finances, any disputes and other info about them. Secondly searching option by name rating or category. Thirdly more security level like to get a player info you need some sort of admin login or special code to get it not the first login but again when getting the player info kinda like a OTP.
