What it does

When you reply to a tweet with pictures of food it tries to best guess the food then returns a recipe for the best guess. Sort of like an "I'm feeling lucky" page. Alternatively you can tweet yourself with a link to a website that has recipes and it'll return the recipe and instructions! Recipes are returned as images

How I built it

Python 100%. lots of scraping and the twitter API

Challenges I ran into

Twitter banned my original account for doing too many get requests, i had to switch to streams to check for new tweets! Really cool alternative to REST
