Inspiration

Our inspiration comes from our parents, who always remind us that technology is only getting difficult for them over time.

What it does

Our app is designed to remind people of their daily tasks, everywhere they go.

How we built it

We built our app with SwiftUi and a software called Xcode.

Challenges we ran into

Unfortunately, we did not have a framework for our SWIFT code. Thus, making our code extremely hard to read. We also wanted to implement Redis, but they had outdated software that took hours to figure out.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are most proud of the work we put in, especially since it was our first time coding in Swift. This was our first time also creating a map.

What we learned

We learned that in the future, our time should be managed more. We also learned the basics of Swift.

What's next for CheckPoint

Our goals is to implement the database for CheckPoint to intake the user input. We hope to add a members tab for other family members to see each other's tasks, and edit their tasks aswell.
