CHECK24 Surprise

Inspiration

Every year, the same issue occurs. We want to go on vacation but don't know where to go. For us, it doesn't matter where, it just needs to be fun and at a reasonable price. Thats why we created CHECK 24 Surprise, a product that solves exactly this issue for the customer

What it does

By implementing a reverse bid

How we built it

We developed the prototype with Next.js and hosted it on Firebase Hosting.

Challenges we ran into

Our biggest challenge was to create a reverse bidding system that was fair for both sides and reliable at the same time. The next challenge was to break down our complex ideas to a user-friendly prototype that also gives a good idea of our vision. A technical issue we ran into was to make it look good on iOS.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

A good team spirit. A nice pitch and a good prototype.

What we learned

To work as a team. Build a prototype from scratch and that the simplest ideas are the most easy ones.
