Inspiration
As an international student, I have to be more careful about my budget. Because I have to manage all things on my own so before I moved here I read a book named "Psychology of Money" and I learned that managing the budget is the main thing. Everyone can earn money but managing that money is not an easy task. I faced multiple problems and then I decided to do something about it! and then I heard about this Hackathon so, I participated in it and decided to make this project.
What it does
It is React based Javascript web-based platform that can ask the user to enter their saving and as per saving user can add an expanse and they also can divide their spend. such as entertainment, groceries so on.
How we built it
I am good at coding but doing all things at once is one of the hardest tasks so I was looking for a teammate who can help me! and one day I met one of my classmates who was good at front-end. So, I approached her and she was happy to join me and we built this app together.
Challenges we ran into
We all teammates are international students so both have faced different problems in different ways so we wrote all the problems and figured out what we can build to overcome this real problem!
Accomplishments that we're proud of
To be honest! We are proud of making this project. Because the experience was great! We had some problems in the middle of coding so, workshops helped us to fix those problems. and we learned a new language with a new team!
What we learned
First of all, we learned how to write algorithms based on problems and how to solve problems before code starts. that part builds our bonding as a team. We learn a new language. made some friends from outside of the University.
