Police record is the driver a pedophile driving around parks and schools, last position, last route taken. Immigration status ( is the driver uninsured, illegal) or a D.U.I convictions , etc.  Road conditions ahead (real time) Work being done on the road taken. Speed traps, camera traps (defective cameras etc)
