Problem
BSW wants more attention drawn to their Help Me Decide feature.
What it does
We made a small change to the current BSW app, which makes the Help Me Decide more accessible to users.
How we built it
We brainstormed on paper and a shared document, and then moved on to Figma to start building the final product.
Challenges we ran into
It was difficult to find a font so we settled on a similar font.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We got plenty of survey respondents which helped in our research process, and gave us some insight into how people would behave with the Help Me Decide feature.
What we learned
It is actually a lot more difficult to get people to trust a chatbot
