Inspiration
I sleep in. A lot. I wanted to give myself an excuse for hitting the alarm button 5 times in the morning, and I thought there was no better way than to help out some of the noblest causes, charity.
How it works
Every time you snooze, you donate an amount of money selected by you to the charity of your choice.
Challenges I ran into
I struggled for a long time with the internals of Android development given that I have never used it before. Also, I spent a considerable amount of time on payment processing
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Being able to "learn" a new software platform and build something useful on it.
What I learned
I learned how to code an Android application and use Venmo. I also learned I code best to deep house music.
What's next for CheapSleep
A decent user interface and greater payment processing functionality.
